Father Vatterott was born and raised in St. Louis and attended St Gerard
Majella parish in Kirkwood. He graduated from the Catholic University of
America in 1998 and attended seminary at Kenrick Seminary in St Louis.
After being ordained by Archbishop Justin Rigali in 2003, he was assigned at
Holy Infant in Ballwin for four years. In June 2007, Father Vatterott was
assigned to St Cecilia with a five month language and culture course in
Guadalajara, Mexico.
In his spare time, Father enjoys to travel and run marathons. He recently
completed his tenth marathon and plans to run the New York marathon next
November. Father also worked at St Martin of Tours in Lemay as an acolyte
and St Dismas in Florissant as a deacon. |
